Exchange Policy

At Joyeria Scents, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day exchange policy to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase.

Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, please ensure:
The perfume has not been used more than 5%.
The product remains in good condition with no damage.
The original box and packaging are intact.

Exchange Procedure
Within 7 days of receiving your order, visit your nearest courier service outlet and send the product back to us.
Courier charges for returning the product will be borne by the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will dispatch your requested replacement within the same price range.
Delivery charges for the replacement will also be paid by the customer.
The full exchange process typically takes 4–6 working days.
